Our Custom Manufacturing Model To eliminate wasteful mass production and fast-fashion landfill waste, every item is custom-printed precisely when ordered, crafted specifically upon your request. Because print-on-demand items are manufactured exclusively after a transaction occurs, we cannot effortlessly restock items into physical inventory.
- Sizing Errors and Buyer's Remorse: Because the product was manufactured specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer cash refunds for incorrect size selections or buyer's remorse. We highly encourage you to review the detailed sizing charts available on every product page prior to purchasing.
- Subsidized Replacements: We know accidents happen! While we cannot offer a full refund for sizing issues due to the custom nature of our process, we are happy to offer a customized discount code or a heavily discounted replacement order so you can get the correct fit. - Color Variances: Please note that minor color variances between the digital mockup on a backlit monitor and the physical ink absorbed into the fabric are normal industry byproducts. These variations do not constitute a defective product.
Protocol for Defective Goods or Transit Damage If your item is misprinted, inherently defective, or damaged in transit, we will make it right.
- You must submit a claim within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- Please email mandezcedjo@gmail.com with clear photographic evidence of the defect alongside the original packing slip.
- Upon verification, we will offer an immediate, free replacement and no reverse shipping required.
